Representative Austerman moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 131(TRA) am, thus adopting SCS CSHB 131(FIN) am S, and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 131(TRA) am?"
